Susan Livermore is a watercolorist who has been setting up still lifes of personal items in her home that bring her a sense of calmness and appreciation as she focuses during the process of painting. Many of the items are part of her collection of art works from local artists and some subjects, like the flowers, simply provide pleasure. Painting with watercolors diverts attention from the chaotic life of family and business and has nurtured her this winter.
